Welcome to EAIM!
This site is a resource for our sangha in the Fox River Valley area of Illinois. We practice vipassana meditation in the
Theravadan tradition and all are welcome. Currently, we meet most Tuesday nights from 7 - 9 pm. Meditation instruction
is available.
Our sangha is closely related to and takes inspiration from Insight Chicago,
the Prairie Sangha Network, Liberation Park, Spirit Rock
and
Insight Meditation Society and the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies.
